As this unprecedented situation evolves day-by-day, I firstly wish you & your families strength & safety during these uncertain times.

To keep you informed, I’m continuously adjusting to the latest Government
guidelines and expert advice. For your reassurance I have implemented the following for everyone’s safety.

As an online based brand the government has encouraged us to continue trading provided we can adhere to the safety guidelines & advice.

I will continue fulfilling orders following the strictest of hygiene protocols!

My stock is stored on site at home in purpose built office space. This is only accessed by myself at this time and at no times is ever accessed by the general public.

All product packaging is handled using gloves & wiped down as well as regular & thorough hand washing prior to packing and handling all orders.

I am able to ship parcels without coming into close contact with other people, however there may be a slight delay to shipping during these times.

If I show any symptoms of Covid-19, processing orders will immediately be suspended.

I implemented social distancing practice as soon as the government advised to do so cancelling all face to face meetings and unnecessary contact with people.

Everyone’s safety right now is my top priority to save lives & stop the spread of this virus & protect the NHS! This is an issue I am taking very seriously and will never put the safety of others over profits!
